Machining of part

Our company produces parts and components in the field of engineering manufacture. The diversity of our machinery equipment provides our customers with complete services in CNC lathe-turning and milling of precision parts, including surface treatments and 3D control with output measurement protocol.

By using powerful state of the art CNC machines and machine tools, we are able to machine plastic (POM, PVC), steel, aluminium, brass, bronze etc. At customer´s request we also provide machining of complex machined parts combined with lathe-turning, milling, drilling, splining, threading in small batch and unit production from one to one thousand pieces. CNC metal-working is done on modern CNC machines - MAS MCV-500 and Fermat SFB-50CNC. For programming we use the GibsCam and Kovoprog software.

Upon customer´s request we provide:

• metal heat treatment (annealing, tempering, hardening)
• varnishing (pulverized varnishing, wet varnishing)
• surface protection of metals (alkaline oxidation, carbonitrooxidation, galvanization

We produce parts from plastic, brass, stainless steel and steel. We can also provide surface treatment of the produced parts. We have extensive experience in working both according to supplied drawings and brief sketches. By request we will prepare a price quotation for your desired product. In addition to piece production, we also focus on series and small batch production. The high quality of our work can be previewed in the references section.

Turning of precision turned parts of high quality, precision and technological demand factor. Our production ranges from simple lathe parts to rugged shafts and other sophisticated rotary parts.

CNC milling

Our production ranges from simple milling parts to general machining. By using powerful state of the art CNC machines and machine tools, we are able to machine steel, plastics, aluminium, brass, bronze etc.

Quality control

The control of production is determined by the nature of components and precision of parts. The resulting data are then exported into an output in the form of measuring protocols for the individual parts. As a means of control we use the 3D measuring machine Mitutoyo BH 710 with the measuring range of 700x1000x600 and resolution of the measuring system - 0.0005 mm, together  with micrometers and inside callipers of this brand. We very carefully check the quality of our production!
