
Accuracy, rigidity and positioning speed depends largely on the construction of the individual axes, therefore we try to offer our customers solutions that will best match the assignment to be solved. The accuracy of positioning depends, to a large extent, on the admeasure system. By default we use the resolution of 0.01 mm for magnetic measuring and 0.002 mm for optical measuring. We offer linear bearing based on calculated carrying capacity, type of use and environment. It is available in sizes from 20 mm to 65 mm in bullet or roller variant. Due to the diversity of individual applications of linear axes we suggest basic covering using bellows for greater lengths, lamellas for smaller lifts and harmonic sheet-metal cover for cross tables.
Our products are employed by companies that use the dynamics and ease of operation in sectors such as construction of machinery and equipment (lasers), positioning for manipulators, assembly lines, automatic measuring machines, CNC machines, CNC EDM machines (wire cutters). We design and manufacture linear axes according to specific customer needs, where we use either our own custom extruded profile or surface machined materials.

Linear axes designed for high positioning speed of smaller physical mass. This series of axes is equipped with a magnetic or optical measurement system. Achieved accuracies of positioning are within 0.01 (absolute accuracy). The axis is equipped with a linear motor with maximum speed of 5 m/s and maximum acceleration of 100 m/s2. The axes can be provided with various covers at customer´s request.

Description: according to customer´s requirements we implement solutions with screws of diameter starting at 8 mm and pitch of 2.5 mm with the accuracy IT7 (0.052 mm/300 mm) up to 63 mm diameter and pitch of 10 mm, maximum length 5600 mm and accuracy IT5 (0.023 / 300 mm). Accuracy IT 5 - to 16 mm diameter and pitch of 5 mm, to 80 mm diameter and pitch of 20 mm to a maximum length of 6000 mm. Accuracy IT3 (0.012 / 300 mm) and IT 1 (0.006 / 300 mm)

Description: The construction of this type of linear axis is suitable for fast, dynamic manipulation, where the customer does not need high accuracy of repetition. We can prepare the axis according to specific requirements in terms of covering, build-up length, build-up width and other technical parameters of the axis.

Description: Torque transfer is solved by using a pinion, which fits into a rack on the linear axis. The admeasurement can be done by means of a magnetic or optical tape, or for lesser accuracies by means of an incremental encoder. Covers can be re-solved as needed based on customer´s needs.

Standard axes can be combined into various designs of positioning systems. Based on final dynamics requirements of the positioning system, it is equipped with a magnetic or optical measuring system. It is possible to combine axes equipped both with a linear drive and axes with ball screw drive or a linear axis driven by toothed belt or rack

It is a system of standard axes, combined into various designs of cross tables. Based on final dynamics requirements of the positioning system, various types of drives can be used (most cross tables are equipped with linear motors or ball screws). The axes are equipped with a magnetic or optical measuring system according to the customer´s wish.

We design and manufacture single purpose machines and fixturings for various industries and various manufacturing applications. We prepare fully functional prototypes of machines and equipment according to customer's design up to the test series.
